Minimum Purchase Requirements:

• The total purchase amount must be $1,500 or above.

• Sea shipment volume must be at least 1 CBM.

• Air shipment weight must be 25 kg or above.

Commission:

• Regular customers (purchasing over $10,000 per month): 5% of the total purchase price.

• New customers:

1. From $1,500 to $6,000 – 10% of the total purchase price.

2. From $6,000 to $10,000 – 8% of the total purchase price.

3. Over $10,000 – 7% of the total purchase price.

Product Requirements:

• The client must provide all necessary details for sourcing, such as:
  ✅ Budget range
  ✅ Required quantity
  ✅ Product specifications or any other information needed

Deposit Requirement:

• A $100 deposit must be paid before starting the purchasing process.

• This deposit will be deducted from the total purchase amount when the Client places the order.

• The deposit covers sourcing up to two suppliers for one product. If the client does not select any of the two or requests a different product search, an additional deposit will be required.

Shipping & Customs:

• We assist in shipping goods to the destination with the help of reliable logistics companies chosen by us or the client.

• Shipping and customs costs are under the responsibility of the logistics company and are calculated either upon arrival at the shipping company’s warehouse in China or, in special cases, upon arrival in the client’s country.

Quotation Validity:

• Quotations are valid for 7 working days only.

• We are not responsible for price fluctuations or supplier availability changes after this period.

• Clients are advised to confirm their orders within the provided sourcing timeframe to avoid potential issues.
